Return and Refund Policy

1. Custom-Made Garments

Garments made to order or tailored to the customer's specifications and measurements are non-returnable and non-refundable, as they are designed and made specifically for the customer.

1. Exchanges in Case of Fundamental Defects

Exchanges or repairs are permitted for items with fundamental manufacturing defects that cannot be rectified.

1. Minor Defects

Minor defects that can be repaired, such as a loose thread, a small tear, or the need for alterations, are not grounds for return or refund. These will be addressed through repair or alteration where possible.

1. Ready-Made Items

Ready-made items are sold as shown and after inspection by the customer. Therefore, alterations, returns, and refunds are not accepted, except in cases of fundamental defects according to the store's policy and applicable regulations.
