Terms and Conditions

1. Production and Payment

The production timeframe is agreed upon upon order confirmation. The customer pays a 50% deposit before production begins, with the remaining balance due upon delivery. The deposit is non-refundable once work has commenced, and customer approval will be documented via WhatsApp.

1. Delayed Delivery

If the order is not received or the remaining balance is not paid within 90 days of the item's readiness date, the store reserves the right to dispose of the item according to applicable regulations.

1. Specifications and Sizes

Customer approval via WhatsApp regarding the fabric, color, sizes, and design constitutes final acceptance of the order details. One minor adjustment is permitted only if there is a significant difference. The store is not responsible for inaccurate measurements provided by the customer.

1. Images and Designs

Images provided by the customer or displayed in the store are for design reference only. The final appearance may vary depending on the fabric type, body type, and production method. Colors may also differ slightly from the images due to lighting or screen settings.

1. Sales outside the UAE

Orders and sales outside the UAE are non-refundable and non-changeable after order confirmation and commencement of execution.
